Well, Trompenaars and Charles Hampden-Turner took the information of 30,000 surveys from all over the world and came to the conclusion that cultures and societies can be divided by seven dimensions. Those dimensions are as follows: 1: Universalism VS Particularism Trompenaars has also extended his research by examining corporate cultures by nationality. In order to do so he introduced yet another dimension: equality versus hierarchy.
